Here are the results of the dying of the dresses;

 The lace dress turned out the best I think. Although it has a small tear in the lace, I can fix that with no problem.
The satin dress will look better after I add some color and embellishments. I think I need to invest or dig out a camera, my phone isn't doing a good job.

First Blood.

                              Edwina
Edwina came to me via Shopgoodwill.online. There were 5 other ladies with Edwina but I chose her as my first attempted to inflict some damage.
She has no markings on her porcelain head, so I'm not sure who made her originally. Edwina is a 17" doll. She has the typical porcelain hands and lower legs. She had some really ugly brown hair, that was styled horridly! Just not what she wants to look like. This is her original dress, just pathetic! I'm attempting to dye her dress black, not sure if it's going to work, but if it doesn't then I'll just have to make her a new one. Perhaps another photo later tonight of the dyed dress.

Hello Everyone:

So here's the start of the blog on my newest adventure of damaged creations. Hopefully this will be a fun journey.

I'm going to start off with some pictures of the dolls and the clothing. I should have taken a before picture of the first doll, but oh well. Strike it off as a rookie mistake.

Let the damage begin!
